Where we ship: United States only, for now.

Delivery time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 5–10 business days after that. Every order is tracked; you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping cost: $4.99 flat. Free on orders of $40 or more.

Where it ships from: Our fulfillment partner ships directly from the factory to you. That's how we keep prices low, and it's why delivery takes a bit longer than Amazon. We tell you this up front so there are no surprises.

Running late? If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us and we'll reship it or refund you, your choice.

Wrong address: Double-check your address at checkout. If a package returns to us because of an address error, we'll reship it for the cost of postage.
